Eric is a member of BMS’ PE and M&A practice in Canada. Prior to joining BMS, Eric was a corporate lawyer at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP where he focused on mergers and acquisitions.
Eric is a graduate of the JD/MBA program at Osgoode Hall and the Schulich School of Business and summered, articled and began his legal career at Dentons.
